• Stack: Plain HTML/CSS with a tiny bit of vanilla JS to list recent essays.
• Design: Minimalist, system UI fonts, dark-mode aware via prefers-color-scheme.
• Performance: No frameworks, no client-side routing, lazy-loaded images, small CSS.
• Hosting: Static files on a simple web server (works on any host/CDN).
• Content: Essays live on Substack; this site links and lightly previews them.
• Images: Post thumbnails pulled from Substack feed when available; otherwise a logo fallback.
• Accessibility: Semantic headings, focus-visible outlines, high-contrast text, reduced motion by default.

Privacy

We keep this site simple and privacy-respecting.

• No tracking here: This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads.
• Substack subscriptions: When you click through to Substack, their policies apply. See their privacy policy for details.
• Server logs: Our host may collect standard HTTP logs (e.g., IP, user-agent) for security and operations; these are not used for marketing.
• Email: If you contact us, we’ll use your message solely to reply and handle the request.
